Celia Ffrench

Founder & CMO

Ms. Ffrench is an award-winning marketing executive with 15+ years of experience within Higher Education marketing. Celia’s current obsession is brand storytelling through engaging, rich website and social media content. She believes that students today place a premium on content that can show value for the tuition paid and requires a message that combines inspiration with practical, realistic goals.


Her last name is spelled Ff - it’s a British spelling from her husband’s side of the family.  Like any good marketing, the Ff is memorable and leaves customers wanting to ask questions.

Kirk Arthur Miller

Creative Director

Yes, Art really is my middle name and it has been my passion ever since I won a Kodak Instamatic camera in a coloring contest at the age of 6. Nowadays, I use my creativity and strategic business sense to design winning campaigns, business collateral, brand identities, websites, video and digital content, and more while enjoying what I do every day.


Kelley Prosser

Head of Content

Ms. Prosser has been leading content strategy and communications within the higher ed, K12 and EdTech sectors for nearly 15 years. At Route Marketing she brings advice, collaboration, and project management on matters related to content and product development and testing, user training, user and investor documentation and marketing strategy. Kelley is active in her local schools and has served as a PTA Communications Chair as well as coached youth basketball and volleyball. Go Bengals!

Head of PR & Social Media Strategies

David Murga

Mr. Murga's impressive 20 year career boasts Public Relations experience with Leo Burnett, The Wall Street Journal, Bon Appetit and many luxury brands. Route Marketing is thrilled to partner with David and bring his unique prespective to our higher education clients. We think he's spectacular, but if we are forced to name just one weakness - we know he's a sucker for mint chocolate chip ice cream.

Dan Davis

Head of Video Strategy

Over the past 20 years, Mr. Davis has crafted television programming in a wide variety of styles and formats including Reality, Sports, News, Home Improvement, Cooking and Dramatic Re-Creation. Network clients have included, A&E, The History Channel, Biography, PBS, Lifetime, MTV, The National Geographic Channel and The Discovery Channel. At Route Marketing, Dan helps our higher education clients tell compelling stories through "bingeable content".  We can't wait to watch his next project.
